Post upgrade authorization renewal is failong

Hi All,

I recently upgraded our ISE box to version 2.7 and after that i am seeing smart license authorization renewal is failing.

Checked the logs over firewall, communication to tools.ciaco.com ia already allowed

I'm assuming you're seeing this as an alarm? If you visit this page, does it show a current last authorized date in the column? If it's current then you're likely seeing the same false alarms many others have reported.

If your Last Authorization dates are not current for your feature usage, then you could start with renewing the smart licensing config with a new token.

Thanks for responding @Damien Miller .

Last authorization date for Tacacs snd vm license are updating but not for base license. I tried re-registration with a new token but nothing helped
