Problem bulk importing AP's using CSV-file - DNACenter/Catalyst Center

Hello!
My organization recently upgraded DNACenter/Catalyst Center from version 2.3.5.6 to version 2.3.7.6. After this upgrade, I can no longer perform a bulk import of AP's using a CSV-file. I have used the same template before with success, but now I get an error message saying something is wrong with my CSV-file:

I've downloaded the template to make sure that the file I'm trying to use has the right syntax. I have concluded that the highlighted row is what my file is supposed to look like:

Does anyone here know what I'm doing wrong? I have tried other sites with the same result. Before the upgrade, I did not encounter this problem using the same template.
