I would like to organize the edge node in the branch office in other regions through Catalyst Center as one fabric site with the control node in HQ.
Could you please let me know if this is possible and if you have a technical guide?

I think the design guide is a good place to start in determining whether the design is feasible and the right design for you: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/solutions/CVD/Campus/cisco-sda-design-guide.html
I would also encourage you to make yourself quite familiar with SDA before embarking on this project. Re-doing things after the network has been deployed is often far more difficult than spending the time to do it "right" the first time. I don't know your experience level, but the SDAFND course is a good place to start in my experience.

If you looking SD-WAN to SDA integration, we need to know what kind of Transport you have, there are different transports available, most them i see ip transit.
end node showuld be Fabric in box to have all the roles.

Thank you for your answer. I've just studied SDA. If we don't use SD-WAN, but we can communicate the DNAC of our HQ and the edge of other local branches through dedicated lines, can we do Lan automation or manual provision?

If the Layer 2 extended then you can use Lan automation onboarding the device - if this only few numbers i suggest to do base configuration and onboard the device in the DNAC and apply to role of the device and template.
Some guide lines below help you - check some latency requirements depends on the Services you looking to office remote end.
