VN information between Cisco DNA Center and Cisco ISE out of sync.

Hi All,

We have started receiving the following message on our DNAC: 'Virtual network information between Cisco DNA Center and Cisco Identity Services Engine is out of sync. Please restart migration.' Could you please help us understand why we are suddenly receiving this message and what steps we should take?

DNAC version :Version 2.3.3.5

We have the same issue. What is the impact if we restart the migration?

Our DNAC software Installed Version:2.3.3.7-72328.

Virtual Network information between Cisco DNA Center and Cisco Identity Services Engine is out of sync. Restart Migration now or schedule the migration are the two choices.

No impact, just restart the migration at non-business hours(safer side )and it will be done in couple of second(less than a minute)

Was there any impact when the resync was done?

As I mentioned in my previous reply, no impact and its a soft restart/resync.

so, do it any time but I would suggest to do it at none business hours

We restart and finished the sync with less than 3 minutes. No impact at all. Thanks!
