Upgraded Cisco CLI analyzer from 3.6.1 to 3.6.2 and now CLI Analyzer returns the following error -
Cisco ASA System Diagnostics is currently unavailable [500]
I have uninstalled and re-installed the application and same results. Is there any support for this app via Cisco TAC?
Has anyone else had this issue and how was it resolved.

Hi,
There was an issue in a supporting back-end system which has now been resolved. Can you retry the diagnostics run.
