It acts like it runs through the entire System Diagnostics and even takes a token away but then I get the:

 

Unauthorized to access Cisco IOS System Diagnostics. Authorization may have expired. Please re-login.

 

Yes.  I'm logged in. 

 

Suggestions???

How long does the diagnostics tool take? There could be an issue with how long an authorized user my be logged on.
