The windows upgrade to 3.6.5 keeps running into a weird error that it can't access the nw.exe file which is clearly in their folder structure. The install fails each time. Anyone else is experiencing this problem?

Cisco IOS-XE Crashinfo Analyzer is currently unavailable [471] error comes up every time the CLI Analyzer attempts to upload the file to Cisco. System Diagnositcs check is working fine though so I doubt the problem is on my end.
