The windows upgrade to 3.6.5 keeps running into a weird error that it can't access the nw.exe file which is clearly in their folder structure. The install fails each time. Anyone else is experiencing this problem?

I can't log into the CLI Analyzer using my CCO account.  It is definitely not any network or proxy issues as I have tried it from multiple locations.  I have also verified the CCO account and password.  They are correct.  What else could stop the CCO...
