Is there a way to prevent the automatic show commands at login.

Hi,

If this is not a Cisco device you are logging into, you can edit the device and change the "Manufacturer" in device settings to "Non Cisco Device".

If this is a Cisco Device, you can decrease how often it runs either by device configuration or global configuration.

  • For global configuration, "Settings -> General -> Device Identification -> Recheck Time"
  • For device specific config, "Edit Device -> Settings -> Device Identification Recheck Time"
  • Note device settings overrides global settings

Hope this helps,

Kevin W
