Hello Cisco Community,
I hope this message finds you well. I've been using CLI Analyzer and have encountered a peculiar issue that I'd like to discuss with the community.
When connecting to various switches, CLI Analyzer usually performs a check and automatically populates fields with information such as the model, OS version, and serial number. Strangely, I've observed that this works seamlessly for models like C2960xxx and C3850xx. However, on C9300xxx series switches, the check takes place but fails to populate the corresponding fields in CLI Analyzer.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, could you kindly share your insights or perhaps any solutions you've come across?
Your assistance would be highly appreciated.
Thank you!
Regards

command output can vary slightly between models and IOS(-XE) versions
as the tool is downloaded before you run it, you may need to download a new version ?
