Writing this post as no solution came out so far.
what is the issue?
Not able to add new devices or edit existing devices.
what is working and what is not working?
the existing devices are working with existing settings. but i need to change anything it is not allowing.
what has been done so far to resolve this?
I have tried a fresh install on my windows 10 machine. I deleted all the folders and registry settings. took backup and restored it.
also tried 3 different versions of the cisco CLI analyzer tool still not allowing it.
also tried to run the application as administrator which is not helping at all.
what could be the reason for this issue?
