Hi Orjan,

We have strategically decided to do away with monitors in the Management Pack, v4.x will continue to have rules for UCS faults.

Although, we would be interested to understand the kind of administrative overhead you are facing.

Please raise a support case to discuss further on this.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.

To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.

Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.

To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

Hi Liang,

This error means that the Management Pack UI dll is currently not available at the expected location.

Sometime SCOM might take a while to place the dll. Please close the operations console and re-open after some time.

I assume you are trying to open the Console on one of the Management Servers.

it because the SCOM version is 1801 and it cannot access properly? anyidea when it can support SCOM 1801?. the console is installed on separate box which management pack imported manually.

HI Liang,

If Console is installed on a separate box, and that box is not a management server then we do not support "launching the Add Monitoring Wizard". Add Monitoring Wizard can be opened from Operations Console  on Management Servers only for this Management Pack related operations

If you do not have console on your management servers then alternatively you can use the cmdlets to add the instances into SCOM.

Regarding adding support for 1801 I will get back to you.

Hi Amit,

we manage to get it working on SCOM 1801 provided it must use SCOM 2016 gateway as the Cisco UCS monitoring service only can install on SCOM 2016 or below.
