In large scale environments like Software Defined Storage aka Object Storage, where customers use multiple UCS C3260 or S3260, it can be helpful to convert all disks to JBOD. Some Object Storage vendors like Scality or IBM Cloud Object Store require JBODs.
Right now you have to touch each array in UCSM and right click on a bunch of disks to convert to JBOD. The script does that step for all disks in a C3260 or S3260 for your whole environment.
