ASA 5516-X FTD 7.0.5-72h no data for CPU Usage and Memory Usage

My ASA 5516-X FTD 7.0.5-72h has no data for CPU Usage,  Memory Usage, Events and Average Throughput in the Firepower Device Manager Web GUI.

Only Disk usage has data in the FDM Web GUI.

Please see attached screenshot.  What is the possible cause of this issue?  I setup this firewall 2 days ago and all works fine except this Monitoring page where major monitor data are not available.

Why there is no upgrade patch for this bug fix but have to call Cisco TAC for a workaround?   Sort of inconvenient. If the workaround is available in this Cisco live, we do NOT need to call Cisco.
