After completing the 3 CCNA MODULES exams do you get a final certificate or just each module with a certificate?

You need to take the CCNA exam for a certificate, if not, your training is finished, and you will only have a certificate.

Yes, you get a certificate of completion for each of the 3 CCNA modules you complete successfully at the Cisco Networking Academy and also a digital badge for each one of them.
