Where are Autonetkit defaults they configured. ?
What other addressing methods/defaults and controls can be configured in Autonetkit?
For example .. lets say all my loopbaks are begin with 10.255.x.y where x is site specific. 10.255.1.0/24 for site1, 0.255.25.0/24 for site 25 etc. ?
Same for interfaces IP addresses. We allocate 10.x.0.0/16 blocks per major center 10.1.0.0/16 for site 1 , 10.25.0.0/16 for site 25 etcc
How can I configure Autonetkit to do this ?
Similarly, ..where can we configure interface defaults such as 'no ip unreachables, etc?

Hello,
Autonetkit defaults are configured at the properties->AutoNetkit.
You can use the AutoNetKit functionality to set up the initial configuration or you can input your own configuration details. Whatever configurations you create in this phase will be the configurations that the Cisco Modeling Labs server will use when it initiates the node simulations.
Under the AutoNetkit tab, when you check the Auto-generate the configuration based on these attributes check box, the AutoNetkit generates the configuration for your topology when you click the Update Router Configurations icon on the toolbar.
Select the site you want and specify the address to use for IPv4 loopback address allocations. The default value is 192.168.0.0. Enter a valid IP address in the correct format. Give the prefix size to use for IPv4 loopback address allocations. The default value is 22.
Specify the address to use for IPv4 infrastructure address allocations. This is the address assigned to the interface created on the router. The default value is 10.0.0.0. Enter a valid IP address in the correct format. Apply the prefix to use for IPv4 infrastructure address allocations.
The default value is 8.
Thanks and Regards,

Was your question answered to your satisfaction?
If so, could you mark this as "answered", so we can better monitor the site.

Sort of answered.
It seems Auto-Net-Kit is very restricted, and generally of very little use.
It's initial adressing and ospf/bgp configurations must all be changed.
Once changed, then the visualisation doesnt' work.
Overall, we're very disappointed with CML and will likely not renew our licences.

Hi Wes,
Sorry to hear that. If you can provide some more details about the sorts of things that you needed to change then the developers can take that on board.
Either on here, or through the CML support mechanisms.
The visualisation is based on the bootstrap configurations - so if we can improve the bootstrap configurations for you, then the visualisations will also be updated.
