Can't Access GUI method

I cannot using GUI method 

I use CiscO Switch SG300-10P model 

I was connect Switch and System Using Straight thought cable.
I can ping using CMD.

But I can't access the Browser method.

I used "192.168.1.254" address on my browser window, But it's Shown Can't find that web page

So pls help me as soon as possible.
