I reinstalled CML 2.0 not thinking about the license. I didn't realize I should have de-registered first. So now my license is out of compliance. I followed the instructions to de-register; however the de-registration failed at the Cisco web site. So I can't create any simulations due to the fact that I don't have a valid license. Also, how do I get back to the eval license temporarily until this is fixed? Ideally I dont want to use the eval license. I want to install my purchased license so I don't have to use the eval license.

Can someone help me with this. I need someone at Cisco to reset the license or do whatever magic they need to do to allow me to register my license.
Thanks!

The most amazing part about this product is the lack of support. Also, I got a survey which I was going to use to complain about how bad its gotten, but the SAML is broken so I can't even complain within the survey.
