Cisco Modeling Labs Simulation Stuck in Build

I have setup a demo of CML 1.0.1 and I am running into some issues.  The server install went okay and I am able to connect using the client.  I have built a topology with no problems.  When I start the simulation, the nodes start and change from status of UNDEPLOYED to BUILD.  I have let them sit for several hours with no change.  Is there a way to troubleshoot this type of issue?

Engineering are investigating this still but here's what I have observed:

1. VMware Fusion6 works but Fusion 7 doesn't

2. VMware Player 6 works but higher versions don't

Seems like the later versions of VMware have a setting that is impacting the launching of the images.

As soon as engineering comes back to me, I'll let you know.

I had the same issue when I was using VMware player 7. I moved to VMware player 6 and it works fine. Thanks for pointing this out, I could have never figured this out....

Is there any further update on this issue from engineering?

Hi Craig,

  Is there any update on this issue. I am running VM player 7.1.2 and as you said it is not supported. Since it has been 7 months since then, I hope that there is some resolution to this problem, and I will be able to avoid reinstalling everything.?
