CML Personal - Subscribed in March 2024 - subscription expired?

I thought this was a 1-year subscription. TAC referred me to community.cisco.com. Any help here?

If it is a regular CML-PE subscription from the learning network store it should be 1 year. What signs are you seeing that your subscription has expired?
