Download help

Hello folks

I'm studying for ENARSI and trying to download CML but it doesn't let me do it. I'm trying to update the profile but the page is just spinning.

Is the download section closed for now ?

Is this the free versions https://developer.cisco.com/docs/modeling-labs/cml-free/ or the paid for personal version?

Either or, I tried both, paid and free

Every time it is asking me to update the profile

Then just spins when I try to get there

Hello @huligancho,

did you buy a CML-Personal license?
If yes, the download is only possible via the 'My Account' page at The Cisco Learning Network Store.
Your order is displayed and you will see a 'Download' button that will bring you to the download page for the paid versions.
Direct access via Cisco's Software Download page is only working for Enterprise and Educational licenses.

In order to get access to the CML-Free you need to register first:
https://mkto.cisco.com/cml-free.html

If you want to use CML for personal use, you need to enter 'Self' as the company name as you cannot leave this field empty.
In case you enter anything else, Cisco requires you to enter a valid company e-mail address. So personal e-mail address like Google or Yahoo only work if you entered 'Self'. You also need to enter a valid address as Cisco validates these fields.

Thank you, do I need another registration ?

I did try to register with a company email, and I'm getting the same error

Did you receive a confirmation e-mail after registration? If you enter a company e-mail, Cisco might require to enter the company address as well to pass validation.

When selecting 'Self' for the company field, Cisco accepts private e-mail addresses as well as valid private addresses.

The issue is that it doesn't let me change anything 

When it prompts me  it is just spinning 

I tried from different computers and different browsers, cleared the cache etc

When I register with the company email it doesn't let me add anything

Where can I change everything before I even try to download CML ?

I'm getting all kind of options but nothing works

Well, then I would try to use a personal e-mail address. Then you can edit all fields as needed.

The support for the free and personal CML editions is handled by the Cisco Modeling Labs Community at The Cisco Learning Network on a best-effort basis. There is no direct Cisco contact available.

You need to start a new discussion there and if the community members cannot help to solve the issue, one of the moderators at the CLN might take care of it.
