I have used my personal email address to create an account to buy CML personal. After buying the product, I am not able to download the ova and iso files because it keeps asking me to update my physical address. Looks like there is a mandatory field to provide a company's name and once I did that it asked me to change my personal email address to work email address. Can you please help me with this? I already bought the CML personal and I need to download those files to set up the lab.
