Hello,
I've a problem with custom image IOS XRv 6.6.3 in CML. I've loaded it (qcow image) and attached as second under current node definition IOS XRv. In resule when I'm adding a new node IOS XRv, I can choose current IOS version (6.3.1) and new (6.6.3). Node is booting up, configuration if exists is restored, but I see only 2 first Gigabit nterfaces from defined 4. A second, those interfaces not passing any traffic, p2p links not working, not ping , nothing. Node definition in attachment, is default for IOS XRv.
IOS XE custom image added same way is working correctly.

Marcin

Hello,
I'm also using IOS XRv 6.6.3. In my case, I have configured a new Node Definition that I have assigned to 6.6.3 image definition.
What exact version are you using ?
I can use more that 2 Gig links on routers.
Eg, in attached topology, for example on CORE-A-7 router, there are 7 links.

Hi,
I'm using exactly xrv9k-fullk9-x-6.6.3.qcow2 image. One diffrence is that I connected image to existing by default node definition in CML. And I see strange behavior with interfaces f.ex
definition is gi0/0/0/0 - 2 (3 interfaces) but in device I see only Gi0/0/0/0. Ping not working on P2P connection, packet capture also not cap any traffic on link between devices. I'll try to add a new node definition and see.
Joel, is possible to share your node definition for compare?
Thanks.

Thank you very much Joel! Was able to install (now i need to test) old light xrv 6.1.3 tweaking a little bit your yaml and minimizing to 3 GB RAM and 1 CPU to save infra resources!
