Not able to find any solutions for the Reference Platforms issue. Worked previously, but when reducing down the size of the Virtual Disk from 100 GB to 67, got this result, after fixing the Licensing issue.

directly change disk can damage VM data if there is non defragment data in disk. if that is the case, you need to deploy VM again. but license will be a issue. you have to contact license team and solve the registration.

what procedure you used to reduce the size of vm disk? that can be an issue, if you did not correctly processed, defragment , shrink or cleaning of VM.

Simply changed the number down from 100GB.

Then shrank and defraged.

Also getting this error at VM startup.
