In Windows 11 25H2 Enterprise Edition, when creating a Cisco CML Free virtual machine in Hyper-V, the VM gets stuck at the position shown in the image during startup.
It can only boot successfully if the recovery mode is selected when starting the Cisco CML Free virtual machine.
How can I make the Cisco CML Free VM start normally without using recovery mode?
Thank you for your attention to this issue!

Thank you for your response.
I was setting up CML based on this post, and the author also clearly mentioned that this issue exists.

You might compare the steps found in the CML Community github site for hosting CML on Hyper-V with the steps you have taken from the other site. My quick perusal indicates that the CML Community steps are a superset of the networkacademy page.
