Unable to download CML Person Plus

i know there's been a lot of post around CML download, but i really do need help as none of the recommended steps has helped thus far (update address, clear browser cache, cisco support, etc). I bought the CML personal plus over the weekend but keep getting this same error over and over again. I'd really appreciate all the assistance.

From the CML FAQ #13: “Be sure to update the Company information in your CCO profile. If you do not work for a company (e.g., you are a student), you can provide your home address or your school address as your company address.

If you have already done this, you can reach out to the Cisco Learning Store support team.

Hello @osiju,

the key point is that you cannot leave the company name field empty because it is mandatory.

If you bought CML for personal use you need to enter 'Self' as the company name and then you can enter your private address and private email information. Address information and ZIP code are validated so they need to be correct.

Thanks Jens. I had already entered "self" as company but for some reason when i called Cisco last night, they said my account was inactive because i had not fully put in my address details. So what i have done is to send them my address & company details to help enter it. Hopefully that solves the issue. Still expecting their feedback.

I recommend GNS3 instead of CML.
