Unable to register a new instance VM with license

Hello there, Hope you can help.

 

Im unable to register a CML 2.2 as the new VM is giving me the following error:
"The Product Instance was unable to register with Smart Software Licensing due to a communication timeout"

 

I tried to de-register on the network store page and it is done but when I try to install the license on the new instance VMachine(2.2) it prompts me that error.

 

Note I de-register the VM instance (2.0) but now I need to migrate to 2.2 and still not working, it is like stucked.

 

This is not a migration from VIRL, this is the new CML kit just bought few days ago. I need to install my license on CML 2.2 but I dont know what happened.

 

Does somebody have runned the same issue ?
