Audio Device Graph Isolation "Audiodg.exe" causing high CPU useage whil Proximity is active

The issues we are  seeing are across several models of our Lenovo laptops. It seems to be related to the internal audio device using embedded audio .

The  audiodg.exe “ Audio Device Graph Isolation” will use high amounts of CPU when proximity is running. When you end proximity, CPU decreases to normal levels. Also we have noticed that when using a generic USB audio such as the Jabra 410 USB speaker or a generic headset . Devices with no enhanced audio seem to not be impacted.
