Hi,
The installation has been done by Feb 2019
This is 1st implementation, before this we never used proximity in our meeting.
Currently we using Huawei, iPhone and Samsung for phone and Dell 7300, 7400 series and Lenovo L450
Tried multiple devices for connecting to codec via proximity

What speakers are you using with your Codec Plus? Are they capable of emitting the ultrasound signal that is required for Proximity to work? Or is there any other DSP in your room that is perhaps removing the high frequency signals from the audio?
I'd also recommend that you update the software on your codec as the version version you have is over a year old. The current software release at the date of this post is CE9.9.1.
