Are you able to provide a bit better description of how your devices are connected and the versions you are using?
Such as:
Are your speakers connected to the endpoint or the laptop/PC/iPad/Android?
What version of Proximity are you running?
What software version is running on the endpoint?
What OS version are you using? Are all your drivers/patches/windows updates up to date?
