Options grayed out when connected with windows 10 PC

laptop connects OK and I am able to share my screen by using alt+F12 but the options in the popup list are grayed out.  See images attached.

Windows 10 Professional x64.  Latest version of proximity client.

As shown in image1.jpg, the codec you are connecting to is running an unsupported software version, most likely TC7.3. To run Proximity presentations, we recommend you update to CE software. If your hardware does not support CE software, you could continue forcefully presenting using Alt+F12, but you will likely experience bugs.

Hi, I have a DELL Notebook with Windows 10 Professional x64 and CISCO MX300G2

I could make Proximity Work when deactivated Realtek Microphone Tecnology Option, that prevents from environmental noise, but only connecting my iPhone earphones.

If trying to connect to the MX300G2 with internal microphone, I get the same grayed options in Proximity menú.
