We are attempting to use the Cisco Proximity app from the Apple app Store to connect to our SX20 endpoints.
However, whenever we attempt to do so the Proximity app first displays 'Searching for video systems...' then 'System found, connecting...' is displayed briefly before the app crashes.
We've tried this with an iPhone 6 Plus and an iPhone 5c, both running iOS 8. The Cisco Proximity app version is 1.1.1, and the SX20 version is TC7.2.0.aea6651.
We currently have a wireless network that is connecting to our VTC SX20 endpoint and we've confirmed that firewall rules are open and the iPhones are reaching the device before the app crashes.
Also, I've tested the app on an EX90 and a C20 and both work correctly without issue.
Does anyone have any thoughts on how to resolve?
