Also having this problem here:

Mojave 10.14.3 (18D42)
Proximity: Version desktop-3.0.0

When does Cisco plan to work here? :-(

Is your Mac on a network that can communicate to the endpoint via HTTP(s)?  That is a key requirement for proximity to be able to work, and often the one missed by many people trying to make it work.

Yes, it on the same network. Everything on Cisco network will work - apps, connection to Eng servers etc. Proximity will either not connect or if it connects it will disconnected randomly and then won't connect. Are there any device logs etc.? which can be help with RCA?

@mjhanji - GIven you're a Cisco employee and on a Cisco network, you're probably best contacting your internal Cisco support people rather than posting on the public forum.

Sure @Wayne DeNardi will raise case.

I recently had an issue with Proximity due to firewall setting. The Video
units were on one VLAN, and the end users using wifi on another VLAN. Our
Meraki MX Security device was not always allowing traffic to pass between
the two vlans, so the security exchange token between the Video unit and
Clients would not exchange, causing a similar behavior that you are
describing. I had to write an explicit allow any any rule on the MX device
between these two subnets to resolve the issue.
