Proximity using Webex Meeting Center

We have enabled Proximity for two of our video systems to try it out, but are struggling to find and pair to the devices:

- Using the Webex web portal, we have been able to connect to device from Mac laptop and iPhone, but not from Windows laptops.

Calling the video systems fail as it is calling the internal address instead of the external required from Webex. Which parameter is used by Proximity for video system to call?

- Using the Webex Meetings Desktop app on Windows and Mac laptops we haven't been able to find any of the systems. Currently using version 39.8.4.926

- Using the Cisco Proximity app (3.06) we have been able to connect with Windows laptop to the SX20 system from close range, but not the Room Kit device.


Video systems:
SX-20 (ce 8.3.7)
Room Kit Mini (ce 9.9.0)

Example of Windows laptop we have used for testing:

HP EliteBook G5
Conexant ISST Audio, driver 9.0.278.50 (latest drivers)
Microphone boost +12.0 db, +24.0 db and 36.0 db tested.

 

What else can we try to make Proximity to work?

Turning off the Outbound Noise Cancellation in the Bang & Olufsen Control Panel allowed me to connect to the rooms using both Webex and Cisco Proximity app.

Only this question remains then:
