Connect and monitor IoT Devices

Hi,

 I'm working in a project and I'm trying to connect and monitor IoT devices.I connected the webcam and the Motion Detector, configured a Registration Server such that it turn on webcam whenever a motion detected also added conditions :Motion Detector On is true and Motion Detector On is false. 

It's all working but there is a problem.Webcam is not showing the detection it looks like this:

should i change something in the physical part of the cam or what?I'm using Packet Tracer v.7.3.0

It is not clear what webcam or software you are using (this section pertains to Cisco video surveillance cameras and software).

But looking generally at your problem, you can't capture an image of the motion event if the camera is off when the motion detector senses motion.
