Hi there,

This vulnerability only affects the OpenWRT platform, not IOS, NX-OS, etc... In particular it targets a bug in the OPKG process, again this is not one found on a cisco device.

But...the following cisco devices can run OpenWRT, so I guess to answer your question they are vulnerable:

That's easy (agree with Seb). The answer is ZERO.
Cisco firmware does not support OpenWRT.
