ASAv Smart License Query

hello 

I have an ASAv that has registered succesfully with a smart license 

please see below 

what are the next steps to enable features on the device ?

show version still shows the device as unlicensed ? do I need to reboot or other ?

Status: REGISTERED
Smart Account: *******
Virtual Account: DEFAULT
Export-Controlled Functionality: ALLOWED
Initial Registration: SUCCEEDED on Aug 12 2022 09:45:46 UTC

what features ? based on the License applied device ready to use and configure.

thank you for your efforts -- I used  the feature tier standard command & selected 1Gbs throughput -- the license showed as activated after this
