ASR920-S-A Port shutdown and no shutdown issue

Hi 

i have ASR920 we are unbox the hardware and switch on power . hardware is switch on but i m facing issue in Port number 6 to 11. 

we are trying to no shutdown command on this port but still is showing shutdown 

need your help for up all ports.
