ASR9K Software Downgrade

Hi 

Trying to downgrade AS9K device version from 24.3.2 to 7.8.2 but it is aborting the process

Tried Reloading and Pressed ctrl+c but didn't take me to rommon or turboboot menu again loading to router mode,
Any suggestion

The issue is resolved... 

We had the image files in disk0: due to that the system aborted the install action.

Those should be in harddisk:

Downgrade reason my organisation using this as a standard accross all devices.

Your install add command is not correct. It needs to be the following: install add source file disk0:ASR9K-x64-iosxr-px-k9-7.8.2.tar

Space should be given there and that is valid, without space command not executing.
