C9200 Rommon Mode

Hi,

I have a brand new Cisco 9200 switch and someone had tried to reset the switch and now I cannot log on to the console or the Rommon mode by pressing the mode button 2-3 times on booting up. It gives only a bar of dots to the console output as attached image.

Baud rate : 9200

data bits :8

No stop bits

No parity

No Flow control

Can anyone help me on this??

Use a different machine to console into the switch.

Still the same issue. Also changed the console cable

Is the console cable worked before ? - what port you are using Micro USB or RJ45 Console port ?

as suggested, use different PC - different console cable and console port and test it.

> (as i see this prompt, the Switch in ROMMON Mode - until it boots up - you can not even use alternative method using GUI to configure.

If you have usb console cable, try to reinstall the driver.
