Hello community;
I am getting on my switches c9500 logs 3 - 5 log error message saying " currently power supply ( interface xxx supply voltage sensor ) status unavailable error logged. it reset the status to ok, after 15 min in all my devices. all innterfaces triggering this alert are in up/up status.
attempted to search web but I could not find similar error. Anyone with who has come across this issue and possible idea on the cause and solution will be appreciated.
Thank you in advanced

It is 17.6.1.
The log is stated as " Cisco: Power supply Problem. Currently , Power supply( TenGigabitEthernet x/y/z Supply voltage sensor ) status : unavailable".
After 15 min it logs " Cisco: Power supply ( TenGigabitEthernet x/y/z Supply voltage sensor ) now in status : ok".
Thanks

Thanks for your suggestion.
I looked the bug, but do not think it fully applies to my case because at some point the the sensor logs a status ok. It seems to me at that point the voltage sensor is working.Also my switch is 9500.

for the switch the bug list 9500 as SW affected.
but for IOS XE ver. this must be double check.

It is true the model is listed as affected. But the equipment has a different version 17.6.1 which is not listed as affected version.
