Cannot enroll to Network Technician Career Path at Netacad

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but Netacad virtual support wasn't helpful, and I couldn't find any other support options. I'm having trouble enrolling in the Network Technician Career Path and its related subcourses. When I click "Get Started with Self-Paced," I get the following error pop-up:

"Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later."

I've tried using different browsers and another laptop, but the issue persists. Enrollment in other courses seems to be working fine; it's just this specific one that I'm interested in that's causing problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@AllanB31 would contact Netacad and see if this is a known issue or a problem they are not aware of.

@AllanB31 i saw another post today and the user said they said teh same error when on their course. Might be a glitch in the systems?

Yes, still getting the error.

I hit the accept solution by accident.  I'm afraid they're not aware of the problem. I cannot find any method from the Netacad website to contact them.

There is a support at the bottom at this page https://www.netacad.com/

Yes, there is, but it leads to a chatbot and no options to discuss to a person. At least I couldn't figure out how.

If you want to talk to the netacad support team, you can login to your account and go to the netacad support tab and you can chat with them within their business hours or open a case.

I only have "NetAcad Support" available and that opens the chatbox:

However, I went to the Legacy Netacad, enrolled workded there, and now it is showing also in the non-legacy side!

 

 

I tried using a different account but the problem occurs.....
