Cisco 11.5 - BaA Database - Dialing List table - ImportRuleDate 12 hour format - Regarding

We are using Cisco Unified contact center 11.5 environment. With the Campaigns created through Cisco API, with the DL(Dialing List) table in the BAA database , For column ImportRuleDate we are getting 12 hour format data only.  No AM/PM has been concatenated with this table. Could you please check help us to setup 24 hour data format with ImportRuleDate column in DL table.
