Hi Team,
I am trying to upgrade Cisco Cisco 2960S-48FPS-L software version from 12.2(55)SE7 to 12.2(55)SE13, when I try to copy the file from the SCP (IP address 10.0.8.200) to the Flash I got the below error:
%Error opening scp://network@10.0.8.220/c2960s-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE13.bin (Protocol error)
Could you please help me to how to get this issue resolved.
Please note: We are not using TFTP for file transfer.
Regards,
Antony Xavier.

check few things.
1. make sure SCP server is running
2. check if SCP is blocked by network firewall or server's internal AV/FW
3. make sure connectivity is ok to server

Hello Kasun,
1. SCP is running fine, I am able to push file from SCP to another Cisco switch model 9300-24T
2. There is no block in the firewall or server.
3. Connectivity to SCP server is fine.
