I can't login to the AnyConnect app.
There's this stupid and completely uninformative message from the picture below.
I have no VPN on the phone, and not even google knows what Wi-Fi assistant is !
The account is OK, because it works on other phones
This is after a successfull login:
Anyone ?

Anything !?
What kind of company makes a software and don't even know what their own errors mean !?

Hello @LucasBS. I'm going to assume you're using an iPhone and that you installed the Cisco Secure Client app on the phone. Would you please open Seetings then VPN & Device Management and make sure VPN is turned off/not connected? I also found this link that has information about Apple WiFi Assist that might help:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/102228
If none of this solves the problem, I would recommend you uninstall the app and then reinstall it. Post back here if you have more questions or if this solves the problem.

Hello
It is an Android phone.
Not any VPN is configured or enabled
The closest equivalent to WiFi Assist is Mobile data always active, which is left disabled
Also, I never use mobile data anyway. I'm always under WiFi
I uninstalled AnyConnect multiple times to attempt to fix this

Well... Any solution ?
How can a company not know the cause of the error message of an app that they created ?
How lost must the programmers be ?
How much reliability does the company expect a client to see on a product that carries such a grotesque error ?
