Cisco ASA ping issues

Hello,

we have an ASA which weirdly cannot ping services on outside IPs. 

For example I have NAT and ACL for a webserver (92.x.x) with any source and service IP. Outside of the company I can ping the outside IP of the webserver, but from the inside not. 

Firewall has two outside interfaces

1.   92.x.x.

2.   192.168.x.x

From machines connected to 2, I can also ping webserver 92.x.x

Can you explain more  from inside ? what IP address source ?

Webserver outside 92.x.x

ASA outside 92.x.x

ASA outside 2 87.x.x

Inside Network 192.168.49.x / Internet through ASA outside

Inside Network 2 192.168.51.x / Internet through ASA outside2

From inside network ping on webserver outside is not working

From inside network 2 it is working.
