Is IOS firmware still available on the cisco.com web site for the Cisco Catalyst 2950?

Are crypto images also available?

Will all Cisco Catalyst 2950 switches support a crypto image?

2950 has already been end-of-support.
The files are no longer being hosted in Cisco download pages.
The only way to go forward is to look for the complete filename of the file required and use a search engine.

not likely u will find image fro those older devices; you can search cisco download pages as those old images were free (for some switches still are)

Or google for image u need.

for CCNA exam prep, Cisco Net Academy Packet tracer should be enough ; get it free; also check CLN site

Is it a live Environment or Practice on simulator.

As 2950 is end of life and end of support
