Cisco Compatibility Matrix: 17.03.08a (DNAC)

I am trying to upgrade a Cisco 9800-L-F WLC through DNAC:  

However, DNAC is looking for the Compatibility Matrix file for the current firmware, (which is 17.03.08a )

It seems that the 17.03.08a is end of support, and I am unable to download the required file.   (17.03.08a-comp_matrix.xml)

Does anyone know where I can still find this file, or what the required steps are to upgrade the firmware ?

I don't think you can download and upgrade your wireless controller with DNAC and SWIM. Maybe you should consider upgrading to a newer version unless you have some dependencies such as 2600/3600 Access Points. 

17.03.x is End of Vulnerability/Security Support

Do the upgrade without DNAC. 

How many APs are there? 

Is the wireless network 24x7?
