Hi All
Hope you might be able to point me in the right direction. I am trying to configure my profile for Jabber, i have followed countless Youtube Videos and configuration manuals. Iam not sure on what i am missing. The Jabber application seems to login but somehow loops back to login screen citing incorrect password. I can see that the password is correct because all configuration files are pulled from the server yet somehow Jabber does not login. I have attched my log file hoping someone can identify the issue.

the following seems to have solved the problem
show ctl
utils ctl update CTLFile
show ctl
found it on this forum. I could not find the stated error in my logs but i just ran the command and tested

i made some progress. i removed _cisco-uds srv record from dns. Since then i can login on jabber. however the IM portion seems working but i still get an error on phone services. iam now baffled on why this works when manually configured but not through autodiscovery. Autodiscovery gives username/password errr
