CISCO packet tracer is not getting launched with LINUX & WINDOWS

Almost a month from August 25th -I have observed problem on launching of CISCO Packet tracer application - with Netacad crednetials.

How to launch the CISCO packet tracer application from WINDOWS or UBUNTU OS?

Kindly share the procedure.

On logging as per the CISCO instruction with launch of CISCO packet tracer application - I am observing below state of login instance glitches happening with CPT crednetials authentication.

Please confirm - the steps to login to the CISCO packet tracer application.
