Hi
I'm using Cisco Smart Software Manager On-Prem server for Catalyst switch smart licensing.
The server has been unable to sync with Cisco for a few months. When I attempt to do a full sync. I get the following error:
I'm using my CCO for this and have also tried my email address as username. A packet capture shows the SSM server connecting to cloudsso2.cisco.com.
I tried upgrading SSM on-prem from 7-201910 to 8-202102 but issue persists. Has anyone else had this issue?
